Cypress Point is a luxury home gated community in Dr. Phillips Florida.

Cypress Point is located on the Eastern shores of Lake Tibet and Lake Sheen and on the peninsula between them. Lakes Tibet and Lake Sheen are 3.7 miles Southwest of Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando Florida.

Cypress Point would normally be in a league of its own.

In this area there just happens to be a lot of other beautiful lakefront communities. From the time you pull up to its’ oversized gated entry you know you have arrived someplace special. The name Cypress Point is on a sign but the sign is small as if to suggest you should know where you are if you have arrived.

Upon your entry into the neighborhood you will notice that the landscaping is incredible. The homes are of course beautiful but the magnificent trees act as a privacy buffer between the homes. You have to see it to understand. Most communities around here do not look like this.

There is a community recreation building and tennis court.

The tennis court is at the Southernmost point of the community. On the Northern side is Bentley Park. There are a couple of ponds in the community but the primary emphasis is the fact it is a private lake community. The lakefront homes are stunning. There are approximately 130 homes and potential home sites in the subdivision. The homes vary in size from 3,211 to over 12,000 square feet of living space. The 12,000+ sf. home once sold for almost $5,000,000.  Cypress Point’s homes were built between 1990 and 2001. There are some newer exceptions that were much more recently built. Those dates apply to the majority of the homes.

Because the community is a larger one normally 4 homes sell every year. Adding in of the average time on market at this price point and usually there are a couple of homes for sale here.
