Regency Oaks is a community in Winter Garden Florida.

Regency Oaks is located on the East side of Daniels Road between the Florida Turnpike and The Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) Toll Road. Regency Oaks has 2 external entry points. One on Daniels Road and one on the South side of Roper Road. You can also enter from its sister community which borders it on its Southern side. It is marked by a white column that is easy to notice.

Regency Oaks consist of 161 homes, several beautiful ponds, a nice children’s playground and tennis courts.

The variety of homes is fairly wide and they range in size from 1,318 to well over 3,500 square feet of living space. The homes were built between 2003 and 2005. Due to the size of the community there are normally homes for sale here. Over the last 3 years on average one home sells every 5 weeks. The neighboring communities are very nice also.

Regency Oaks is on one of the best roads in Winter Garden.

Also in one of the most desirable places. From Regency Oaks you can commute North to West Colonial Drive and find any product or service you need within 5 miles of your home. On West Colonial you will find the West Oaks Mall, AMC 14 West Oaks Cinema, Ocoee’s Health Central Hospital and a Super Walmart all within about 5 miles to the East.

Just North of West Colonial is Plant Street. Plant Street is Winter Garden. On this street is the history and culture that has made the city great. Museums, a theater and eateries line the street around Centennial Park.

To the South is the Winter Garden Village and ½ of a square mile of shopping, restaurants and parking. Or you can get on the 429 and be downtown Orlando in 20 minutes. Regency Oaks has very nice amenities and homes for sale, in a great city.
