Regal Pointe is a community in Winter Garden Florida.

Regal Pointe is located 1 block North of West Colonial Drive. There are 2 entrances, one on East Palmetto Street and one on 9^th Street. Both entrances are clearly marker with signs on both sides of the entrances.

Regal Pointe has approximately 183 homes inside of the community.

The homes range in size from 1,268 to 2,290 square feet of living space. This calculation does not include garage space. The homes were built between 200 and 2003 which is newer than many communities in Winter Garden. There is a children’s playground but no community pool. There are two large ponds with fountains, a large central park area with covered picnic tables and a community mail center on the North end of the park.

For those not familiar with Winter Garden. Veterans Memorial Park is a large community Park with much to offer and is only 1 mile away from Regal Pointe. Newton Park (also closeby) is on the shore of Lake Apopka and is a beautiful park. It also has a fishing pier and boat ramp. At Newton Park is Farnsworth Pool. Farnsworth Pool is a public pool and very nice. There are many other parks and trails in this area.

Regal Pointe is very close to West Colonial Drive.

West Colonial Drive has been a trade route between Winter Garden Florida and Orlando for 100 years. This tradition continues to this day. Many shops, stores, restaurants and service providers are on West Colonial Drive. 4.5 miles to the East is the West Oaks Mall and the AMC 14 West Oaks Cinema. Before you get to the Mall you will drive by Health Central Hospital of Ocoee and the Walmart Super Center. Regal Pointe not only has some very nice and affordable homes for sale but also a great location.
