Provence at Lake Sheen is a luxury lakefront home community.

Provence at Lake Sheen is located on the Western shoreline of Lake Sheen. The only entrance is on the East side of Winter Garden Vineland Rd.

Provence is a small community of just 36 homes.

There is no community pool but many of the homes have private pools. There is a very small but nice community park. Just ¼ of a mile to the North is a much larger free community park that is also on Lake Sheen. One of the amenities in Provence is the private boat ramp inside of the neighborhood. It is a nice ramp and right around the corner the canal leads to Lake Sheen.

When you pull up to this community for the first things you immediately notice that the iron gate is a powdered blue color. This is one of very few gated in all of Orlando that is this color. It definitely makes the community easier to identify for first time visitors. When you pull in there are two large community ponds on the North side of Provence. The view over the pond is Lake Sheen Estates which is also a luxury home community.

The homes in Provence are all in immaculate condition.

It is hard to find a flaw. The community looks bright, clean and very well maintained. There is an obvious pride of ownership here. I am sure this community will be an attractive one for years to come. The homes in this neighborhood were built in sizes ranging from 2,511 sf. to 5,250 sf. of living area. To have a community with no homes under 2,500 square feet is a rare thing in Orlando.
