Phillips Landing is a large community containing several subdivisions within its gates. Heritage Bay, Phillips Landing and the Estates at Phillips Landing can all be found here. The community itself has one gated entrance on the Eastern Side of South Apopka Vineland Rd. It has a distinct entrance 1-mile South of West Sand Lake Rd.
