Phillips Bay is located on the North side of Spring Lake and has only one entrance. The entrance is on the South side of Wallace Rd.

Phillips Bay Condominium is a small community of condos on the Northern Bank of Spring Lake. Spring lake is a beautiful lake and several communities have homes on it. Some of those homes are over $1,000,000. Phillips bay offers a much more reasonable opportunity to own a property with a lot of great benefits in nearly the same location but for a much better price.

All of the properties here have the parking in the front of the homes.

There are various floorplans and not all of the condos overlook Spring lake. There is a community pool with parking and a nice amenities center. This makes those days you do not want to take the 5-minute drive to Volcano Bay a little more relaxing.

The Condos is Phillips Bay vary in size from approximately 1,403 square feet to over 2,500 square feet. The community was built in 1999 to 2001. In the last 5 years 65 homes have sold in Phillips Bay. That is 13 properties a year. Normally there are 1 or 2 homes for sale here. If you see one you are interested in call us as soon as you can.
