Peachtree Park is located In Southern Windermere Florida.

Peachtree Park is an Ashton Woods community consisting of 28 homes/home sites. Five of the homes are waterfront homes. There is a pond in the back portion of the community also a children’s play area.  The community is located on the North side of Reams Road on the Southwestern side of Lake Reams. Peachtree Park was started just a couple of years ago and although it is a smaller community it is one of the nicer ones in the area. The homes here range in size from 1,614 sf. to well over 3,300 sf. of living space. (That does not include garages). The homes are beautiful and of course contain many of the more modern conveniences.

Peachtree Park is in a great location for commuting.

Reams Road is a road that connects the Western side of Windermere with its Eastern side. In addition, this the community is just 1.5 miles North of Disney’s Magic Kingdom Park. This is one of the reasons so many new communities are being built in this area. Modern communities and shopping centers are being built here at a rapid rate and many are already in place.

East of Peachtree Park just minutes away is Lakeside Village Shopping Center.

At the Lakeside Village Center there is a Publix Supermarket, a gas station, restaurants and numerous shops and boutiques. Within 5 miles of this community you have many choices for shopping and much more is being built around Lake Hancock just to the West. Ashton Woods knew what they were doing when they selected this area. Locally there is some great opportunities to play golf or enjoy some of the best lakes in all of Florida.

You do not have to work at Disney to see the value in this community. When Peachtree Park has homes for sale they are worth taking a closer look.
