Park Ridge is a non-gated community in Gotha Florida. It has many entry points and there are no community signs. Park Ridge is located on the West side of Hempel Ave and the South side of Old Winter Garden Road. Many of the more expensive homes are located on Seminole St.

Park Ridge is a community of approximately 100 home sites. The homes vary greatly in style, size and in value. The sizes of the homes here vary in size from 640 sf. to nearly 4,000 sf. of living space. These calculations do not include garage spaces. Several of the homes have been owned for decades by the same owners. Going by the current data in the Local Multiple Listing Service that all Realtors the homes in this community were built between 1900 and 2017. One of the oldest homes in the Orlando area is located on Broadway Street.

The market history is obviously long for Park Ridge but the last 5 years is the most pertinent. In the last 5 years only 13 homes have sold.  That is a very low percentage of sales. Park Ridge is in a great location and the prices are great. If you are not from the area here are some local features. Shopping is very close. Within a 5-minutes of driving you can be at the West Oaks Mall. The West Oaks Mall is in Ocoee and is a full sized indoor mall. The Mall also has the AMC 14 West Oaks Theater. There is also a Walmart Supercenter, Lowes Hardware and Health Central South which is Ocoees' hospital all within that 5-minute drive. There is a reason Park Ridge Homes for sale are rare.
