Oxford Moor is a gated luxury community in Windermere Florida.

Oxford Moor is located on the North side of Winter Garden Vineland Road 3.3 miles South of The Daniel Webster 429 and West of Lake Butler. The community is comprised of approximately 85 homes. The community was started in 2002 and the homes range in size from 3,258 sf. to 7,000 sf. of living space which does not include garages. The community does not have a community pool but does have tennis courts and a children’s play area just to the West side of the entrance. From the entrance, you can see the large pond and its fountains in the center of the community. This is a beautiful community with some very nice homes. Several of the homes have sold for over $1,000,000. The entrance is grand, secure and very attractive. There is only one entrance and exit. From it you can turn East or West.

Oxford Moor is in a location that many builders have noticed in the recent years. Many communities have been built in the proximity of it. Very few people in this area are not familiar with Oxford Moor. It is less than one mile to the Cornerstone Shopping center. It is also only 3.3 miles from the 429 and the Winter Garden Village. That would normally be enough to make it a great location. But there is much more. Turn East and you are only 2.6 miles to the Lakeside Shopping Center. In-route you pass Windermere Preparatory school and Chase Rd. From Oxford Moor you can be at Disney’s Magic Kingdom in 11 minutes, Universal Orlando Resort or Downtown Orlando in twenty minutes depending on time of day.
