Oxford Chase is a new home community in Winter Garden.

Oxford Chase is located on Sunridge Boulevard. Sunridge Boulevard is on the East side of Avalon Road ½ of a mile South of the Florida Turnpike. For those out of the area the community is on the North side of Black Lake and East of Johns Lake which is 13.5 miles West of downtown Orlando.

Oxford Chase will have two sections.

One section on the North side of Sunridge Boulevard and one on the South side. Both will be gated electronic entrances. The homes are Mattamy Homes which has built many fine homes in this area. They will be offering several different models and the size of the homes for sale range from 2,556 to 4,655 and they offer 2 story homes, 3 car garages and up to 5 bedroom homes. Some items worth noting are the larger home sites will only be offered in the Southern section, there are community parks in both the North and South sections but no community pool scheduled at this point. The Southern part of Oxford Chase has both lakefront and water view homes.

Black Lake is a beautiful lake and more than large enough for water sports.

It has a surface area of 212 acres and connects to both Lake Tilden and Johns Lake via channels.

Shopping and commuting from Oxford Chase is fairly easy. To the south you have Stoneybrook West Village. Publix Supermarket is here as well as Childcare, shops and restaurants. To the North is West Colonial Drive. This road goes all of the way to Orlando. Most importantly it is covered with shops, stores, service providers etc. 6.5 Miles away on West Colonial is the Ocoee Hospital, West Oaks Mall, AMC West Oaks 14 Theater and a Super Walmart. Oxford Chase is close to everything you need, and has beautiful homes for sale.
