The Overlook at John’s Lake Pointe in Winter Garden Florida is a section of Johns Lake Pointe.

The Overlook starts on John’s Lake Pointe Blvd. just North of the roundabout and clubhouse. The community has three sections and the Overlook is the most prestigious.

Johns Lake Pointe is a community on the eastern side of Johns lake.

From the Overlook there are many beautiful views of the lake, and of course Florida lakefront sunsets. For those homes not on the water there are more than one viewing area. On the northwestern end of Lake Pointe Blvd. there is a large pond with a walking trail around it. On the far side of the pond a beautiful scenic area to share with whomever you like. The Overlook at John’s Lake Pointe is very close to the local schools and some great shopping. The Winter Garden Village and Stoneybrook Village will provide you with almost anything you will ever need. To the South is Stoneybrook West Golf Club and to the North is West Colonial Drive.
