Orchard Park is located between The Daniel Webster Western Beltway and Speer Lake. The main entrance to this community is on Tiny Road. You can also enter the community from Orchard Hills.

Commuting from Orchard Park is a breeze. Access to the 429 mentioned above is only 3 miles to your East. From the 429 it is only 20 minutes to downtown Orlando or Universal Orlando Resort. It is a great timesaver. If you have family or friends that wish to go to Disney’s Magic Kingdom it is only 7.1 miles South of your new home.

Shopping from Orchard Park is easy and has some great local options.

Next to the 429 is the Winter Garden Village. Some stores at the Village include Lowes Hardware, Target Supercenter, Best-Buy and Staples. Restaurants include the Bonefish Grill, Chilis and the Longhorn Steakhouse and there are more. Closer to home is the Stoneybrook West Village. Just 2 miles to the North is a Publix Supermarket, childcare, several pizza providers and other restaurants and stores. There is also a Walgreens and a couple of restaurants on the intersection of Tilden Road and Winter Garden Vineland Road.

Orchard Park is a non-gated community.

There is one primary entrance on Tiny Road and it is clearly marked. There is a community pool, children’s playground, dog park, softball field and soccer field in the community. Next to it there is a mail center for convenience. The homes in the community range in size from 1,723 to 3,737 sf of living space. The first homes in the were built in 2014 and currently there are some new construction homes for sale in Orchard Park
