Orchard Hills is located in Winter Garden Florida on the Eastern side of Tiny Road between Speer Lake and The Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) Toll Road.
It has a very nice swimming pool, children’s playground, open spaces and ponds. There are multiple entrances to use that have made a big difference in commuting to and from the community. Initially there just seems to be 2 entrances on Tiny Road but there is one that goes into Summerport on the East side of the community and others. The entrances on Tiny Road are both large, easy to notice and use.
The homes in Orchard Hills come in a wide variety of sizes and styles. The homes range in size from 1,600 to almost 5,000 sf. of living space. Living space does not include garages. The construction on the homes in the community began in 2014 and will probably be completed in 2018. There are many homes and lots in this community.
There are two Publix Supermarkets and one Target Supercenter nearby. The first Publix is at Cornerstone Marketplace to the South. This is actually where I go and I really like the store and of course the people. It is 2.9 miles from the community. Stoneybrook West Village is 2.1 miles away to the North. It is a larger shopping center with much more to offer and probably where I would go from Orchard Hills. The Target Supercenter is at Winter Garden Village. It is 3.9 miles away and you will find yourself going to the Winter Garden Village relatively often. There is a Lowes Hardware and ½ of a square mile of stores, restaurants, boutiques and parking there. It is very popular.
Orchard Hills is a beautiful community. There are several new communities in this area because there is so much to offer. Orchard Hills will have beautiful homes for sale for years to come.
