The Orange Tree Country Club is a golfing community in Orlando Florida.

It is located directly West of Universal’s Orlando Resort. The course and community is also located South of Lake Marsha and between Turkey Lake Rd. and Dr. Phillips Blvd.

Orange Tree Country Club is a beautiful gated and guarded community.

There are a lot of homes in this community and it is very large. Many of the streets are interwoven into the course and have some stunning views. You can also find a home completely out of site from the club or course. There are advantages to both. The community can easily be separated in to both a Northern and a Southern Part. The Northern Part is like any nice community having beautiful homes and mature trees and landscaping that all of the residents can enjoy. The Southern part is a much more golf centric community. There most of the homes have a golf view. There are also exits on all sides so even though the community is large there is normally an entrance or exit within a short distance of your home.

The Northern part of Orange Tree is on the Southern shore of Lake Marsha.

Lake Marsha is a beautiful lake having a surface area of nearly 92 acres. Plenty of room for recreation or stunning views. The Orange Tree Recreation Center is on the Southern side of the lake. At the waterfront complex there is 4 tennis courts, 2 handball courts a basketball court, children’s playground, beautiful pool and a nice recreation center.

There are many types of homes here. The homes vary in size from 1,207 sf. to nearly 6,000 sf. of living area. There is literally a home for anyone here.
