Orange Tree Clermont Florida is a non-gated community. Orange Tree is located 7 miles west of Disney’s Magic Kingdom Park. The entrances to this community are on the east side of state road 27. They are clearly and beautifully marked with red brick walls and a large sign on both sides of the entrance.

Orange Tree is a very large community and has a lot of homes inside of it. There are large open areas in the center and on its’ eastern side is a large wetland. There is a tennis court and a full-size basketball court on Holly Grove Blvd. and there is a children’s playground where Holly Grove Blvd. meets Long Leaf Pine St.

This community was built between 2000 and 2007. With a community this size it is normal to take that long since many of the homes will need to be purchased before their construction. The homes in Orange Tree have assorted settings and yard sizes. They were built in sizes ranging from 1,337 square feet to 3,237 square feet of living space. Those measurements do not include patios, balconies or garages. There are some homes in the community with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Orange Tree is on SR 27 which is a good thing. This road will take you to many places and fairly quickly. Thankfully for most items you will not need to travel far from a home in this community. There is a Publix Supermarket at the Golden Eagle Village ½ of a mile south of the community entrance.
