Oak Park has one entrance and it is located on the South side of Plant Street. The community is located on the Northwest side of Veterans Memorial Park.
The communities single entrance is marked with a red brick sign that is clearly noticeable from Plant Street. There are 44 homes in the subdivision. The one home in the front of Oak Park is a two-story home and was built in 1935. It is not part of the community despite its location. The homes in this subdivision range in size from 1,220 to 3,325 square foot of living space. The homes were built between 1997-1999. The community is a nice open community. It looks spacious and bright even with the trees that are scattered throughout the subdivision. You can see the Veterans Memorial Park from the South side of Oak Park so there is no need for a community park.
This is the road that made Winter Garden Florida the historic city that it is. Just a short distance East and you arrive at Centennial Park. This is where the history was made. Winter Garden got its start from cedar trees, oranges and the rail road. The rail road brought in celebrities who loved the beautiful lakes in the area. Living on this street is living on part of history.
