North Bay is a large community of homes in Orlando Florida.

North Bay is located in Northern Dr. Phillips which is a highly desirable portion of Orlando Florida. To reach North Bay on its’ North end you can take the Silver Woods exit on the West side of South Apopka Vineland Road. The Street name is Bay Side Dr. and after ¼ of a mile you will reach a Green North Bay community sign.

This community has 217 homes inside of it. On its’ Southern Border is Bay Hill which is even larger. North Bay has 179 homes which are not on a lake and 38 lakefront homes on Lake Blanche or the canal which connects Lake Blanche to Lake Chase.

 Both of these lakes are members of the Butler Chain of Lakes and any waterfront property is highly sought after. The Waterfront homes in North Bay are on Bay Side Dr. or Fox Hall Ct. The Lakefront homes vary in size from approximately 2,687 sf. to 9,100 sf. of living space. Most of the lakefront homes in North Bay were built between 1986 and 2013 however there are a few that are much newer. Lakefront homes for sale in on this portion of Lake Blanche can reach prices over $3,000,000.

The non-lakefront homes in North Bay are also some very nice homes.

Any short drive through this non-gated community will confirm that this is a great place to live. The 179 homes not on the lake vary in sizes from approximately 1,790sf. to 4,250 sf. of living area and most of the homes were built between 1984 and 2003. In the last 5 years only 53 home sales have been recorded.  This is a beautiful community filled with residents that are happy to be living in it.
