The Manors at Butler Bay is a community of homes in Windermere FL.

Manors at Butler Bay is located Just North of Windermere Town on the North side of Park Ln just West of Windermere Elementary School. There is only one entrance to the community and it is on Park Lane. It is a non-gated community of approximately 100 homes. The homes were mostly built before 2000 and all of the homes in the Multiple Listing Service show a size of at least 2,000 sf. The largest home has over 4,300 square feet of living space which does not include the garage. This is a very attractive community. A quick drive through it and you see the homes have been well maintained and the neighborhood has been also.

The Manors at Butler Bay sits between some beautiful lakes.

In Windermere when you have a beautiful lake you have really nice neighborhoods. This is certainly the same case. On every side of the Manors at Butler Bay you have nice homes, kind people and luxury neighborhoods. The entrance to the community is a very attractive and wide entrance that is easy to use. There is no community park or community pool but immediately to the West is the Butler Bay Recreation area. This is a very nice park with great parking. You can have a picnic or use on of the tennis courts.

This community is just 1.4 miles from downtown Windermere.

Windermere is a fantastic town rich in history and culture but limited in its shopping.  If you go North of the Manors at Butler Bay 2 miles there is a Publix Supermarket and lots of restaurants and shops. If you go through Windermere Town and go a mile East you reach The Grove. Once again lots of shops and a Publix supermarket. The Manors at Butler Bay gives you the best of the Windermere lifestyle while keeping all of those modern conveniences close.
