Mabel Bridge Is in Orlando Florida.

The area of Orlando Mabel Bridge is located in is just South of Windermere Florida. This is a larger community of homes just West of Lake Mabel but with no lakefront homes. There are 3 large ponds and waterfront homes in Mabel Bridge. The homes in this community range in size from 1,723 to almost 4,400 square feet of living space. The community was started in 2011 and has been completed in phases. This is normal for larger communities.

Inside the community and centrally located is Mabel Park.

Mabel Park has a very nice community pool. By the pool there is a children’s playground, soccer field and two large putting greens and sand traps to practice your golfing. When you live around some of the nicest golf courses in Florida it is always good to be able to practice your golfing for free. I do not believe there is another community in the area with putting greens and sand traps as nice as these. Combine them with the nice pool and Mabel Bridge has some very nice amenities.

Mabel Bridge has a great location.

Location is paramount when choosing a home for yourself or you and the special ones in your life. You will not have to travel far to get the necessities we have all grown accustomed to. Lakeside Village is less than 1.5 miles from Mabel Bridge. Lakeside Village has a gas station, Publix Supermarket a bank and many shops, boutiques and restaurants. It is a very nice place to go and do business. The local theme parks are also very close to the community. Disney’s Magic Kingdom is just a 5-minute drive from Mabel Bridge. Universals Orlando Resort is 20 minutes away and add 10 minutes to that drive and you can be in downtown Orlando Florida.  As you can see Mabel Bridge has a great location and some very nice homes.
