Latham Park is a residential community in Winter garden Florida.

Latham Park is located on the East Side of Seidel Road and on the East shore of Huckleberry Lake.

Latham Park is a very large community of homes.

There is a community pool, amenities center and tot-lot which is what Ashton Woods calls it children’s playground. The community is in three parts. One part is on the shore of Huckleberry Lake and 2 other parts are on the Eastern side of Seidel Road. One of those parts is at the far end of Bradleigh Drive. Lake Lartigue is there and so are two man made ponds. The homes in Latham Park vary in size from just under 2,000 to just over 4,000 sf. of living space. The first homes here were built in 2015 and the community should be finished in late 2018. Seidel Road has officially been discovered. Those of us who live here know how nice the area is. The lakes are clean and beautiful and the countryside is full of natural beauty.

It has a very convenient Seidel Road location. Seidel Road has access to the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) Toll Road just before it runs into Avalon Road to its’ South. These are both great roads for commuting. Because Latham Park is on the Northern part of Seidel Road it is also very close to the New Independence Parkway’s 429 access point. The stores and shops being built on New Independence Parkway will take care of most of your desires but just in case the 429 is there.

Disney’s Magic Kingdom and all of the associated Parks are only a few miles to your South. So, you can see the value of homes in this community. Latham Park may be just the perfect place to buy that new home for sale.
