Lakeview Reserve is located in Winter Garden Florida on the Southern Shore of Lake Apopka and on the North side of Tildenville School Road.
It is a gated community and like most modern communities uses video surveillance at the gate. There is only one entrance and the community is easy to find. There is a red brick wall along its Southern side. On the Northern side is Lake Apopka and the 14 lakefront homes and home sites. There is a lakefront pier for community enjoyment and use. There is no community park or pool but Newton Park is only 2.2 miles away and it is a complete park including a fishing pier, boat ramp and Farnsworth Pool. The first homes in the community were built in 2005 and the community was mostly finished by 2005. The homes range in size from 1,550 to over 5,000 square feet of living space. Even though land in Lakeview Reserve would not be cheap there are several drainage ponds. These ponds make the community look much more open and attractive.
Lakeview Reserve is a great community but sooner or later we all have to leave our homes and go work, play or shop. The Play part is definitely covered with Lake Apopka which has over 30,000-acres of surface area. Shopping is also covered because West Colonial Drive is so nearby. Publix Supermarket and the Winter Garden Regional Shopping Center are just 2.1 miles from your new home in Lakeview Reserve. West Colonial has been a trade route to Orlando for over 100 years and it will not disappoint. It is filled with shops, stores and restaurants.
When you look at everything it has to offer and the great location it is easy to see why homes for sale in Lakeview Reserve sell so quickly when properly priced.
