Lakeshore Preserve is a Toll Brothers Community. Lakeshore Preserve is located on the Eastern side of the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) Toll Road and on the North side of Seidel Road. For those out of the area you can find it on a map East of Hickory Nut Lake and on the South shore of Panther Lake.
Lakeshore Preserve is a large gated community which includes townhomes and traditional single-family homes. Some of the homes will be lakefront homes on Panther lake and some will overlook ponds in the community.
Some people will be surprised to see a Toll Brothers community offering townhomes. Lakeshore Preserve does have townhomes but not the smaller variety that most other communities have. These are luxury townhomes and the sizes range from 1988 sf. to over 2,500 sf. and they all have 2 car garages. Prices start at approximately 292,000 and go to 340,000. There are a wide variety of traditional homes here and the community already looks spectacular. Some of the homes on Panther lake will be over one million dollars but surprisingly some have sold for less. Panther Lake is a clean and beautiful 76.5-acre lake.
Commuting from Lakeshore Preserve should be relatively easy. There is 429 access right outside of the main entrance. At 10:30 in the morning you can make it downtown Orlando or to Orlando International Airport in 30 minutes. Just 4 miles North of Lakeshore Preserve is Everything Horizons West. Many shops, stores and restaurants are being built, or are already completed. They are 5 minutes from this community.
Disney’s Magic Kingdom is just a few miles away and so are some really nice golf courses. If you want to get away and do some shopping the 429 can get you there is minutes. The Winter Garden Village has almost ½ of a square mile of stores, restaurants and boutiques and it is only a few minutes North. Lakeshore Preserve has much more going for it than beautiful homes for sale and pristine lakes.
