Lake Lilly Oaks is a community in Gotha Florida. Lake Lilly Oaks is located on the West side of lake Lilly. Lake Lilly is a small lake located about 7.5 miles West of downtown Orlando Florida. This community is about ½ of a mile South of West Colonial Dr.

Lake Lilly Oaks contains 32 homes. Of those 32 homes 7 are on Blackwood Ave starting at 1500 Blackwood Ave which is the first home South of Advenir at The Oaks Apartments. The community is well shaded with beautiful trees and is normally very quiet. Not many people know about the lake so there is very little traffic unless someone has visitors. Some of the local resident’s work at Health Central Hospital which is ½ of a mile North. Every type of office normally around hospitals is there. Even a Dentist.

Shopping locations in this area are abundant. The West Oaks Mall and a Walmart Supercenter are both within a 5-minute drive. Once you get on West Colonial Dr. which is ½ of a mile North you will find many stores and service providers. West Colonial Dr. Started off a s a trade route between Winter Garden Florida and Orlando 100 years ago. It is covered with offices, shops, stores and restaurants.
