Lake Hancock Preserve is a non-gated community located in Southern Winter Garden West of Sawgrass Lake and Seidel Road. Immediately East of the community is a large wetland not a lake as it appears on google maps.
There are two entrances and they both have attractive community signs. On the Southern-end of the community the pond was an addition added with the homes for sale and really makes the area look better.
