Lake Davis Reserve is located on the Eastern shore of Lake William Davis and Just outside of the Northern gate of Kelso On Lake Butler. Lake William Davis is a small lake having 40-acres of surface area but it is a clean lake. Also on Lake William Davis are homes in 3 other luxury home subdivisions. Lake Davis Reserve has only 7 homes/home sites. All of the homes are located on Water Creek Drive and only 3 are lakefront. Every home in this community is a nice home. Its entrances are discretely marked with red brick columns and small signs. Most people in this area have not even ventured to this part of W Lake Butler Road. The last mile of your travels to this community you will rarely see anyone other than neighbors or residential repairmen/service providers.

Lake Davis Reserve may be private but it is not secluded. Just 2 miles away is Winter Garden Vineland Road. Take this road one-mile South and you arrive at the Cornerstone Shopping Center and Publix Grocery Store. Turn North and within 2 miles you are at Winter Garden Village and the Daniel Webster 429 toll road. You will rarely need anything not within 2 miles of any home for sale in Lake Davis Reserve.
