Lake Cypress Cove is a private luxury home community in Windermere FL.

Lake Cypress Cove is located on the Northern Side of Winter Garden Vineland Rd just West of Windermere Preparatory School. There is only one street in the community and that is Marleon Dr. The community has only one public entrance. The East side of Marleon Drive has some lakefront homes on Lake Cypress. Lake Cypress has 62-acres of surface area is 14 feet deep in its center. Lake Cypress does not have access to Lake Butler but it is a beautiful and clean lake. There are two ponds in Lake Cypress Cove. One at its entrance and one just North of the Northernmost home. Most of the homes in the community at least have water view.

There are very few homes in this community and they seldom come up for sale.

The first home was built in 1997 but most have been built since 2000. They range in size from just over 3,200 to nearly 11,000 square feet of living area. Homes in this community have sold from $525,000 to over $6,000,000. The lots are larger than many lots in newer communities.

Currently land in this area comes at a premium price. There are some newer communities being built and most of them have luxury homes. The reasons for the modernization are the great location and the lifestyle that living in the Windermere Florida area affords its’ residents. Living in Lake Cypress Cove allows a certain amount of privacy while the luxuries and conveniences of modern life are all within just a couple of minutes of your new home. Very few people ever drive down Marleon Dr. However, just minutes from the entrance are some of the most famous lakes, golf courses and communities in Florida.
