Lake Cove Pointe is a gated community on Lake Apopka.

Lake Cove Pointe is located on the Southern shore of Lake Apopka in Winter Garden Florida.

There are two community entrances. Both are on its’ Eastern Side. One is on Timbercreek Drive South and the other is on Lake Cove Pointe Circle. The latter is closest to the lake. Both entrances are gated and use electronic entry. There is no community park or community pool in this subdivision. There are a couple of parks close by. Dr. Bradford Memorial Park and Newton Park. Newton Park has a children’s playground, a boat ramp, fishing pier and much more. Farnsworth Pool is a public pool at Newton Park. It is a very large pool and well maintained.

The homes in Lake Cove Pointe are all between 2000 and 4,100 sf.

They were mostly constructed between 2001 and 2015. There are enough homes in this community that normally there are one or two for sale. On average one home sells every 4 to 6 weeks per year. This is normal for a community this size.
