Lake Berkley Resort

Lake Berkley Resort in Kissimmee Florida is about 7 miles southwest of Disney’s Epcot. Lake Berkley Resort is a mixed community of traditional homes and townhomes and has only one entrance. The entrance is gated and can be found on the south end of N Roma Way. 

Lake Berkley Resort contains approximately 171 traditional homes and 66 townhomes. For amenities there is a tennis court, basketball court and a children’s playground. Most if not all of the traditional homes have private pools and the townhomes have a very nice community pool with a section for children. The townhomes also have a large courtyard area with picnic tables etc. There are three large ponds and the largest has a nice trail along the east side which has a white sand beach, a pier, playground and some outdoor fitness items. Many of the homes in Lake Berkley Resort are waterfront on these ponds.

Lake Berkley Resort’s traditional homes were built between the years of 1999 and 2001 with only a couple of newer exceptions. The homes vary in size from 1,340 square feet 4 bedroom and 3 bath all the way up to 3,334 square feet with 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. Most of the 7 bedroom homes only have 4 baths.

The townhomes in Lake Berkley Resort were built in 2001. They range in size from 1,241 square feet 3 bedroom 2.5 baths up to 1,775 square feet and 4 bedroom 3.5 baths.

Lake Berkley Resort is a great place to live and so is Kissimmee Fl. Not only are you close to the theme parks but you are less than 1 mile from a Walmart Supercenter for groceries etc. and several restaurants and other places of interest.
