Kensington Park is located on the South side of Conroy Rd and its’ only entrance is about 4. Miles East of S Apopka Vineland Rd.

The subdivision is in a great location and offers a variety of housing. When you turn off of Conroy Rd. into the community it looks great and when you pass through the electronic entrance gate Kensington Park definitely does not disappoint. Immediately to your right after entering is the community park. It has its own parking area which is great because the community is actually large. There is a children’s playground, a tennis court and a full-size basketball court. To your left will be one of the subdivisions 4 ponds.

Those four ponds have a total of 47 waterfront homes on them.

The ponds are the reason the community seems so large. There are only 129 homes in Kensington Park. Having over 1/3 of the homes as waterfront puts the community in a rare group. The homes in this subdivision vary in size from approximately 3,076 sf. to 3,943 sf. of living area. For those not familiar that is heated and cooled areas of the home, not garages. These homes were built between the years of 1999 and 2003.  This is an exceptionally attractive community that offers the opportunity to be close to everything but separate from any unwanted visitors.

This part of Orlando is generally referred to as Dr. Phillips. It is a highly desirable portion of Orlando because of the quality of the local schools and the shopping, dining and of course Universal Orlando resort.
