Marina Bay is a luxury home community located on the East side of Maguire Rd and on The Northwestern Shore of beautiful Lake Down. The community is not gated and has only 30 homes/home sites. One-mile East of Windermere Town is The Grove Shopping Center. At the Grove and the Shoppes at Windermere you have another Publix, Walmart Fresh Market, LA Fitness and other shops and restaurants.
