High Grove Resort as it is occasionally called is located on State Road 27 approximately 5 miles west of Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The entrance to High Grove is clearly marked and the street name is High Grove Blvd.

High Grove is a community of 175 traditional Florida single-family homes all of which have individual swimming pools and screened in enclosures. There is a large pond on its’ wester side and 14 waterfront homes. The solar heated community pool and High Grove Resort Clubhouse are immediately present upon entering the gated entryway. Inside the clubhouse there is a fitness center, internet work stations and a gaming room which includes video gaming. Also, just inside of the gate is the children’s playground and 9-hole miniature golf course. Although there are plenty of sidewalks in the community there is ample parking at the pool for those wishing to drive to it.

The homes in High Grove were built starting in 2004 and finishing in 2005. The homes vary in size from approximately 1,502 sf. to 2,928 sf. of living area. The largest homes having 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and the smallest homes having 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
