Hidden Estates is a non-gated community in Orlando Florida.

It is located on the Eastern side of Dr. Phillips Blvd. in the area of Orlando known as Dr. Phillips. The main entrance is located just across the street from Palm Lake Elementary School. The entry is easy to notice and has two signs one on each side of the entrance bearing the name of the neighborhood.

Hidden Estates is comprised of approximately 100 homes.

The homes in this community are approximately 2,100 to 3,600 square feet of living space and most of the homes were built from 1985 to 1988. This is a beautiful neighborhood filled with attractive homes and shade trees to make your life more comfortable. The community has no community pool or huge park but there are several choices nearby. Shadow Bay park has a lot to offer families or individuals. If you are interested in staying indoors but being active the Dr. Phillips YMCA is just a few minutes to your South.

One of the great things about this area is the availability of the things we have all grown accustomed to having close to our homes. Shopping, dining and the recreation of our choice. Dr. Phillips has all of those things and Hidden Estates is centrally located to take advantage of all of them.

Shopping can for the things we all need on a regular basis is only 2 miles away. There is a Publix and numerous store and boutiques at the Grove Shopping Center. If Upscale shopping is what you want then the Mall at Millenia and the Florida Outlet Mall are both within minutes to the South. Hidden Estates could not be in a better place to keep you close to what you need.
