On the Northern part of S Apopka Vineland Rd. is a community named Havencrest.

Havencrest is located in Orlando Florida and is a gated luxury home community. This luxury home community has selected a very highly respected area to settle into. Balmoral one of the finer communities in Windermere Florida is directly across the street from it.

It has only one community entrance and it is a very attractive one. You will see the community signs quite easily if you are watching the Eastern side of South Apopka Vineland Rd. These Malls are the finest shopping Malls in the Orlando Area.

Just a couple of miles to the South is the Grove Shopping Center and The Shoppes at Windermere there are numerous shops, boutiques and restaurants in those locations. There is even the largest LA Fitness in this area.

For entertainment Universals Orlando Resort, Volcano Bay and Islands of Adventure are just a few miles to your South. People fly thousands of miles to see what is virtually at the doorstep of Havencrest.
