Harbor Isle is in Windermere Florida but on its Eastern Side. The community has one of the grandest entrances in all of Windermere. Its entrance is fitting. The 30 homes inside of Harbor Isle are definitely luxurious. There is one home in the community that was built in 1966 but the majority of the homes were built between 1996 and 2005. The 1966 home once sold for $999,000. There is no community pool, there is no community playground or activities center. There are only 2 streets in the community and one entrance. The streets are Harbor Isle Drive and Seigneury Dr. Many of these homes have pools or sports courts and several are lakefront on Lake Down. Lake Down is an 886acre lake and connected to 10 other lakes. Lake down is part of the famous Butler Chain of Lakes.
This means that there are a lot of homes in this section and rest assured there are many luxurious ones. Harbor Isle is as nice of a stand-alone community as you will find in Windermere. You can easily drive to the local golf courses or events from your new community. Just outside of the gated entrance is South Apopka Vineland Rd. Just to the South is Conroy Windermere Rd. At this intersection Is the Grove Shopping Center and the Shoppes of Windermere. At these locations are multiple choices for dining, groceries shopping etc. All very close to your new community.
What Harbor Isle has is a huge entrance that is easy to get in and out of and a great location. You can be at Universal Orlando Resort, Dr. Phillips’ Restaurant Row, The Mall at Millenia for upscale shopping or the Orlando Outlet mall very quickly and in light traffic. If you are looking for a luxury home your friends will envy Harbor Isle is a great place to live.
