Hamlin Reserve is located in Southwestern Winter garden Florida between the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) Toll Road and the Hamlin Groves Trail.
Hamlin Reserve is in one of the fastest growing most modernizing locations in central Florida. Every time I drive over there something new is happening. Hamlin Reserve and many other Hamlin communities have added a great deal to Horizons West. The build it and they will come has definitely proven accurate. So many stores and shops are springing up you do not know which one to visit. Plus, this area is getting its own dine in movie theater. We who live nearby are thrilled with these improvements.
The first homes in the community were built in 2014 and there are both townhomes and single-family homes here. Most of the townhomes have ranged in size from 1570-1936 square feet and most of the single-family homes have ranged from 1,710 to over 4,000 sf. This calculation does not include garages. There is a large park, amenities center, dog park and community pool. May people are buying homes in this area. The reason is more than the modernization it is more of a contemporary lifestyle.
Google Earth does not reflect all of the changes they are happening so fast. I am glad a builder has come along and recognized this area. The lakes here are beautiful and clear, the spaces open and the 429 actually has an access point right next to the community. The 429 allows you to be downtown Orlando in less than 30 minutes if you time it right. You can also be over at Universal Orlando Resort or Orlando International Airport much quicker because of the 429.
