Grovehurst is a community in Winter garden Florida.

Grovehurst is located on the Eastern Side of Daniels Road approximately .6-miles North of The Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) Toll Road.

Grovehurst is a non-gated community of homes and part of the Stonecrest Communities. Grovehurst is made up of approximately 105 homes. Most of the homes were built between 2005 and 2006 and range in size from 1,694 to 3,420. The homes have a community park, tennis courts and a community pool. Also, there are several large ponds with sidewalks around them that make for great exercise trails. The community has two entrances one on Daniels’ Road and one inside of the community that leads to the pool etc.

Grovehurst has a lot to offer in the community with the great amenities.

Most of us will ultimately need to venture away to work, entertainment or shopping. The community is just .5 miles from the Winter Garden Village. The Winter Garden Village is a shopper’s paradise. There is almost ½ of a square mile of shops, restaurants and boutiques here. There is also an immediate care provider by the LA Fitness. If you need to visit Lowes Hardware, Target Supercenter or a nice restaurant then the Village has you covered.

To your North is West Colonial Drive. West Colonial Drive started out as a trade route to Orlando 100 years ago. Now there are shops, stores, restaurants and service providers all of the way to Orlando. Some places worth mentioning are The West Oaks Mall, AMC 14 West Oaks Theater, Health Center Hospital in Ocoee and The Super Walmart next to the Hospital. All of these are within approximately 5 miles.

When you are needing to travel to work or the Parks the 429 is less than 1 mile away. The 429 can get you to downtown Orlando, Universal Orlando Resort or Disney in around 20-25 minutes depending on your timing. Grovehurst, nice homes for sale in a great location.
