Grove Park has one entrance located on the Western side of Daniels Road 1.2-miles North of the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) Toll Road and .8-miles South of The Florida Turnpike. The entrance is clearly marked by a large Grove Park sign on both sides of the non-gated entry.
Most of the homes were built between 2006 and 2010 and the homes range in size from 1,694 to 3,620 square feet not including the garages. There is no community pool or park but there is a large open area. On average about 8-9 homes sell in this community per year.
Grove Park has several great things about it. Once you find the right home for sale in Grove Park you will begin to realize how good the location is. Winter Garden is much more than it seems in the Grove Park vicinity. Just to the North is Plant Street which will give you a much better view of the culture and history of this fine city. Just a quick walk down Centennial Park and you will begin to get the feel of it. There are several museums to help bring you up to speed. Also on Plant street are many of the local shops, restaurants and government buildings.
To the East is West Oaks Mall, AMC 14 West Oaks Theater, Ocoee’s Health Center Hospital and Super Walmart all within 5 miles. There are many types of shops, stores and restaurants on West Colonial. It has been providing a trade route to Orlando from Winter Garden for over 100 years.
To Grove Park’s South is the Winter Garden Village and the 429. You can either find whatever you need at the Winter Garden Village or get to downtown Orlando or the theme parks in 20 minutes. The homes for sale in Grove Park are close to whatever you need.
