Glenview Estates is a hidden community in Winter Garden.

Glenview Estates is located in Northern Winter Garden Florida between West Crown Point road and North Fullers Cross Road. It is easiest to find by looking between Gator Island in Lake Apopka and the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) Toll Road. There are several roads into this community and the only sign. The sign says Garden Heights. It is on Garden Heights Road Entrance off of North Fullers Cross Road. The signs are on both sides of the road and are noticeable. Glenview Estates starts after ¼ of a mile past the sign.

Glenview Estates is community of over 100 homes.

Most of the homes were built between 1983 and 1990 but there are some newer exceptions. The homes are mostly from 1,200 to 2,400 square feet of living space. This size was very popular during the timeframe they were built. Although the trend today is larger, with the “Tiny House” movement and pricing these homes sell well when appropriately priced. If location is a primary motivator for your purchase Northern Winter Garden definitely has some good news for you.

Winter Garden Florida of course has Lake Apopka.

Lake Apopka has over 30,000 acres of surface area. That is a huge lake. Many people enjoy this lake on a regular basis. Farnsworth Pool and Newton Park are located on the Eastern Shore of Lake Apopka and are about 1 mile from Glenview Estates. There is a boat ramp, Fishing Pier, playground and a public pool all overlooking Lake Apopka.

Commuting from Glenview Estates for work, recreation or shopping is actually fairly easy. You are 2 miles from the Plant Street 429 access. From this access point on the 429 you can get anywhere in the Orlando area fairly quickly. Including downtown Orlando or the theme parks. When you consider the location and the pricing a Glenview Estates home for sale may be a great choice.
