Fox Meadow is a community in Winter Garden Fl.

Fox Meadow is a non-gated community in Western Winter Garden Florida occasionally referred to as Fox Meadow Trails. The community is 1.8 miles South of Johns Lake on the Northeastern side of Flat Lake.

Fox Meadow is a community of 15 luxury homes/ home sites.

Directly South of Fox Meadow is Valley View another beautiful luxury home community. Fox Meadow was built in 2005 and 2007 and the homes are from 2,430 to 4,700 square feet of living area. The homes are on lots averaging 5-acres in size. These are modern homes with land which is a trend in this area. There are several nearby communities that are nearly identical. Many people and even Realtors in Winter Garden do not even know these homes are here.

Fox Meadow is on W Phil Peters Road and it has a community sign.

When you look at it on the map it seems further away than it actually is. It is only 4.7 miles to the Stoneybrook West Village. That is not very far when you consider the lack of traffic. When most of your neighbors live on large pieces of land you do not have many neighbors to cause traffic jams. You can be anywhere you need to be on a regular basis fairly easily. I have driven out there and it is a beautiful drive.

The Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) Toll Road is only 3.7 miles from Fox Meadow. It takes 6 minutes to drive to the 429. Once you are on this road you can get anywhere relatively easily. Disney’s Magic Kingdom is only an 18-minute drive from the community entrance.

Fox Meadow is for people who want anonymity and privacy. A nice home with enough land that you do not have to see your neighbors’ house unless you choose to. Fox Meadow is a luxury home community.
