Encantada Resort in Orlando Florida is located in the city OF Kissimmee.

Encantada Resort is a townhome community that has one gated entrance located on the south side of SR 192 and ¾ of a mile west of the Daniel Webster 429 Toll Road. The community sign is large and at the second traffic light on Secret Lake Dr.

Encantada Resort contains about 272 townhomes. These are not the typical townhomes. Not only does the community have resort style amenities but each townhome has its’ own private pool. This community was built in 2006 and 2007 and the townhomes are available in sizes ranging from 1,295 sf. to 1,650 sf. of living area. There is an abundance of parking and plenty of room between the townhome sections.

The townhomes were built including some great features like larger than average refrigerators, energy efficient window, doors and even lockable closets. All of the homes have 9-foot ceilings on the first floor and cable tv is included in your monthly fees.

Now for the really good news. That is the location of these townhomes. Not only is Disney very close but there are restaurants, a Target Supercenter and several various shops, stores and service providers all close to this community. If you want more the Daniel Webster Western Beltway will definitely get you there in a reasonable amount of time. If by some chance you want to visit Universal Orlando Resort, Volcano Bay, Islands of Adventure or Seaworld they are all within a 30 minute drive and there are several routes to choose.
