Emerald Ridge is a community in Winter garden Florida.

Emerald Ridge is a gated community in central Winter Garden Florida on the North side of Tilden Road, East side of The Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) and the Southern side of Stoneybrook West Parkway.

Emerald Ridge has three community ponds and a community pool.

There is a nice sidewalk around the community pool and the largest pond. Both the pool and pond can be seen from Tilden road. There are also two entrances to this community. Both are gated entrances and one is on Tilden Road and the Northern entrance is on Stoneybrook West Parkway. Emerald Ridge has approximately 144 homes within the community. Most of the homes were constructed between 2003 and 2005. It is normal to have time elapse in a community of this size. The homes vary in size from 1,694 to just over 3,900 sf. of living space which does not include garages etc.

This community is in a great area for commuting and local shopping.

The Stoneybrook West entrance allows you to access the Stoneybrook West Village, the Winter Garden Village and the Daniel Webster 429 toll road. Stoneybrook West Village has a Publix Supermarket and quite a few local shops and restaurants. The Winter Garden Village has a Lowes Department Store, Target Super Center, Best Buy and almost ½ of a square mile of shops and parking. The 429 can get you to Downtown Orlando in about 25 minutes from Emerald Ridge. The same timeframe for Universal Orlando Resort or Volcano Bay. If you want to go to Disney then take Tilden Road to Winter Garden Vineland Road and turn South.

Emerald Ridge is a great community. It is in a great location and has many of the local amenities we have all gotten so used to. When Emerald Ridge has homes for sale, they attract attention.
