Ellman Park is a community in Winter Garden Florida.

Ellman Park is located on the corner of South Main Street and West Story Road which is about ½ of a mile South of Downtown Main Street in Winter Garden Florida.

Ellman Park is a small non-gated community of only about 30 homes.

This is an older part of Winter Garden Florida and some of the homes were built as early as 1925 and several before 1940. As time has moved on so have many of the older homes. Some of the homes are much newer and built as recently as the year 2000. The homes range in size from 757 to nearly 1800 square feet of living area. The home built in 1925 is actually the largest of the homes in Ellman Park. The community has no pool or children’s park. Veterans’ Memorial Park is under one mile to the West of the community. Veterans’ Memorial Park is very big and has much to offer.

Ellman Park is Just to the South of Plant Street.

Simply drive up Main Street .8 miles or walk. Plant Street is the home of everything that is Winter Garden Florida. Its’ wonderful history and culture have been preserved and is on display daily in museums, local stores and restaurants that adorn Plant Street and Centennial Park.

Ellman Parks location is a good location for commuting to and from South Main Street turns into Winter Garden Vineland Road. That same road will take you by West Colonial Drive, Winter Garden Village and The Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) Toll Road. Everything you need on a daily basis you can get within 3-5 miles of your new home in Ellman Park. There are many communities in central Florida but Ellman Park is affordable and in the center of everything you will likely ever need.
