Deerfield Place is a community in Winter Garden Florida.

Deerfield Place is located on Daniels Road one third of a mile South of The Florida Turnpike. The main entrance is directly across from the Daniels Landing townhome community. There is a Northern entrance on Beard Road but only the main entrance has community signs.

Deerfield Place is a non-gated community of approximately 100 homes.

Most of the homes were built in 2005 and 2006 and they range in size from 1,696 to over 4,000 square feet. There is no community pool but there is a nice park area on the Northeastern corner with a very nice fountain and pergola. There are also 2 ponds providing waterfront/water view to 20 homes. The community always looks nice and is well maintained.

Deerfield Place is on Northern Daniels Road.

Probably one of the best areas in Northern Winter Garden for both shopping and commuting. Most of everything you should ever need is within 3-4 miles of you and not everyone in Florida can say that.

 Just North is West Colonial Drive and Plant Street. West Colonial is one of the oldest roads in this area and was the first to connect Winter Garden to Northern Orlando. Because of its popularity and central location many businesses have taken root on West Colonial Dr. Within 4 miles of Deerfield Place on this road is a Publix, Super Walmart, The West Oaks Mall, The Movie Theater at West Oaks Mall and The Hospital in Ocoee.

To the South of Deerfield Place is the Winter Garden Village and The Daniel Webster Western Beltway (the 429). The Winter Garden Village has nearly ½ of a square mile of stores and parking. Literally all you should ever need. If not the 429 can have you in Downtown Orlando in 20 minutes.
