Daniels Crossing in Winter Garden Florida.

Daniels’ Crossing is a non-gated community on the West side of Daniels’ Road and on the North side of the Florida Turnpike. There are 2 entrances, one is on the South end of 5^th street and serves as a short cut to W Colonial Dr. The main entrance is on Daniels Rd.

Daniels’ Crossing has approximately 190 homes.

The homes range in size from 987 square feet to 2,250 square feet not including the garage spaces etc. The homes were built mostly before 2001 and there is a community park and a community swimming pool. There are 3 large ponds in the community. The largest pond has a nice fountain and is overlooked by the pool and playground.

Daniels’ Crossing is a very economical way to live in a great location.

This part of Winter Garden has several similar price-point communities but Daniels’ Crossing probably has the best overall location.

West Colonial Drive has everything you need on it. It also goes all of the way into Northern Orlando. Although definitely not as fast as the Florida Turnpike or the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) it will get you there and I have taken it many times. West Colonial Drive also has the West Oaks Mall, The Movie Theater, Ocoee’s Hospital and The Super Walmart. All of these are within 4.3 miles of Daniels’ Crossing.

To the South is The Winter Garden Village. The Winter Garden Village has almost ½ of a square mile of shops, restaurants and boutiques. It even has a Lowes Hardware, Super Target and a LA Fitness. Not to mention a gas station for you before you get on the 429.

As you can see Daniels’ Crossing has much to offer. The location is great and I did not even cover the many places of interest in downtown Winter Garden, the lakes or the many parks. A home for sale in Daniels’ Crossing may be just the fit for you.
