Crown Point Springs is located between Lake Apopka and The Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429). There are two entrances to this community. The Northern Entrance is on E Fullers Cross Road. This entrance is marked on both sides but difficult to see. However, the entrance is directly across from Fullers Crossing which is very easy to notice. The Southern entrance is from another community and until you are familiar with the area I suggest you use the Northern entrance.
That is a large community by Florida’s standards. The community is very attractive and one of my favorites. Most of the homes were built between 1989 and 1999. The homes range in size from 1,219 to 2,413 square feet of living space. Living space does not include garage square footage. There are mature trees in this community but not too many. There are plenty of sidewalks and the homes seem to be well kept.
Crown Point Springs has no community pool or community park. Chapin Station is immediately East of the community and has The West Orange Trail, 2 tennis courts and a full basketball court. Also, Newton Park on Lake Apopka is 1.5 miles away and has a lot of great features including a boat ramp. Next to Newton Park is the Farnsworth Pool.
There is a place to access the 429 to your North and South. Both only minutes away. The 429 will get you to downtown Orlando Florida, Universal Orlando Resort, Volcano Bay or Disney’s Magic Kingdom in 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. When there are homes for sale here they often go fast. If you are interested in a Crown Point Springs home for sale call us today.
