Courtleigh Park is a non-gated community located on the West side of South Apopka Vineland Road and the Eastern side of the Florida turnpike. The community is approximately 7.5 miles West-southwest of downtown Orlando Florida.
It has large brick signs on each side proclaiming the name. The main entrance road is Courtleigh Dr. If you follow this road for ½ of a mile you will come to a small sign on the left had side of Courtleigh Dr. It is next to an obscure but nice walkway that winds back behind the community to a very nice park. The park has video surveillance cameras and some very nice features. There are 2 very nice tennis courts, a half-court basketball court and a nice covered area out of the sun. There is plenty of room and wide open space.
The community has 5 cul-de-sacs and several twists and turns providing some homes with irregular shaped larger lots. There are also 6 ponds in the community and a lot of heavy foliage. Courtleigh Park is an attractive community and a pleasure to drive through.
The homes in Courtleigh Park vary in size from approximately 2,384 sf. to 4,550 sf of living space. The Community was mostly built between 1990 and 1995 with a couple of newer exceptions. At least one was completed in 2016. In the last 5 years homes in this community have sold for prices ranging from $350,000 to $575,000. There have been attempts to sell homes in the neighborhood for over $745,000.
