Courtlea Oaks is a non-gated community and has no community pool or community park. Although those amenities can be nice you are in Winter Garden Florida. Winter Garden has many parks and even a YMCA. There is a large park and pond outside of Courtlea Oaks’ main entrance.

Winter Garden Florida is rich in history and Courtlea Oaks is very close to the most historical part of the city. Plant Street is around 100 years old. I will not attempt to cover the history of Winter Garden in this article but I will say that you will spend more time downtown after you experience it for the first time. Clark Gable who you could say was a fairly famous actor used to be one of the many who would walk up and down Plant Street on Friday nights. Many of the same locations he visited have been preserved to this day. Courtlea Oaks is close enough to enjoy downtown and still far enough to be separate from it. If you like Winter Garden and want a prime location, a home for sale in Courtlea Oaks is a great choice.
