Corsino Place is located West of the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) and East of Lake Apopka on the West side of East Crown Point Road. There is no community pool or park. Chapin Station is within 1 mile and has a very nice park and of course The West Orange Trail.
Most of the homes were built between 1993 and 1995. The homes are from 1,247 to almost 1,800 square feet in living area. When I say living area I am excluding the garage sizes. The homes are traditional Winter Garden Homes. A couple of good things about the community are it has sidewalks down both sides of the street and plenty of light poles to keep it lit at night. The community has no sign marking the entrance but it is directly across from the Cornerstone Community Church entrance which does have a small sign.
This road is often not needed but really nice at times. You can get anywhere in Orlando using this road as a starting place. Downtown Orlando, Universal Orlando Resort, Volcano Bay and Disney’s Magic Kingdom can all be reached in less than 25 minutes on average.
Shopping is something we all do. Some more than others. 2 Miles North of this community is a Publix and a drugstore for when you want something close and easy. Ocoees' Mall the “West Oaks Mall” has a movie theater and is only 5 miles from Corsino Place. On your way there, you will pass a Super Walmart and The Ocoee Hospital. I think it is safe to say everything you really need is within 5 miles. When Corsino Place has a home for sale they are worth a really close look.
