Cobblestone has one entrance and is located on the North side of Roper Road .6 miles South of the Florida Turnpike. Roper Road is on the East side of Daniels Road.
There is one pond in the community on the far Northeastern side. Most of the homes in this community were built in 2006-2007 and the homes range in size from 1,900 to 3,600 square feet not including their garages. There is currently no community pool or community park inside of Cobblestone.
Cobblestone has several good things about it. It’s gated, newer than some local communities and in a very good Winter Garden location. One of the many great things about Winter Garden is the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429). This is a great commuting option for Winter Garden residents. It is located just 1.6 miles South of Cobblestone. On your way to the 429 you pass the Winter Garden Village. The Village has almost ½ of a square mile of shopping and parking. Lowes, Super Target, LA Fitness and many restaurants, boutiques and shops.
West Colonial Drive is one of the most historic roads in this area. It was one of the first roads connecting Orlando with Winter Garden and there are many shops, gas stations etc. on it. Five miles to the West from Cobblestone on Colonial is the Ocoee Hospital and a Super Walmart right next to each other.
Cobblestone is in the middle of a historic town with many great things around it. Many residents seldom leave the city limits while others often venture off and return at the end of their day. Either way Cobblestone is a great community and occasionally has some very nice homes for sale.
