Citrus Oaks is a large community in Ocoee Florida. Citrus Oaks is a non-gated community of homes located in Northern Ocoee. The entrance road to the neighborhood is on the South side of West Colonial Dr. There is a small brick wall which has a green sign saying Citrus Oaks on each side of Citrus Oaks Ave. The entrance Road is directly South of The West Oaks Mall.

Citrus Oaks is located on the Southwest bank of Lake Lotta. There are 13 homes on that portion of the lake. The is a tennis court, basketball court and a small pool with parking. Citrus Oaks is a community of approximately 250 homes. There are condos, townhomes and traditional single-family homes in this community. The townhomes are located on Comeau St, Lake Lotta Cir, and Melon Tree Ct. The Condos can be seen on Comeau St, Daney St, and Lake Lotta Cir but most of the Condos are on Melontree Ct. There are single-family homes on every street.

The townhomes range in size from 1,068 to 1,938 square feet. The Condos Range in size from 1,070 to 2,142 sf. and the traditional single-family homes in Citrus Oaks range from 955 to 2,200 square feet of living area. This is an older community in Ocoee. The homes were built beginning back in 1985 and completing most homes by the year 2001.

One of the things we all look for in a community we are considering to buy a home in is local shopping. We all need to go to the supermarket from time to time or just out shopping. Citrus Oaks is South of West Colonial Drive. There is a lot of stores on West Colonial. If you just want to catch a movie the AMC 14 West Oaks Theater is in The Mall right across from the Citrus Oaks community entrance.
